This house and its huge fenced backyard cost less in rent per month than my cute yet little flat in Richmond! It's a very quick drive to work and is in a great little neighborhood called Allandale.
If my first choice house here doesn't work out, then I have a great #2 lined up. More on that later if I go that direction.
